PNU Party Appoints Advocate Frank Walukwe as the Acting Secretary General.

City lawyer and Advocate of the High Court Mr. Frank Ochieng Walukwe has been appointed the acting Secretary General of the PNU Party following the demise of Mr. John Okemwa Anunda.

Through a unanimous agreement of the NEC meeting held yesterday, 30th Nov 2023 at the PNU Party Headquarters, Mr. Walukwe was given the mandate to act as the Secretary-General until the day the party will call for the official election to permanently fill the position that fell vacant last month.

Until his appointment, Mr. Walukwe has been serving the PNU Party as the secretary of Devolution and legal affairs. Mr. Walukwe who is also a managing partner at JW & Frank Advocates, has been at the forefront of defending the party through the corridors of courts in the recent past.

Party leader Hon. Peter Munya, who chaired the NEC meeting congratulated Frank and wished him all the best in the new position.
